More morning yoga

Two mornings in a row!  Wow, can you stand it??

This morning was Namaste Yoga.  The sequence consisted of:

  • Warrior I & II
  • Lateral Angle (the angle something or other that I couldn’t remember yesterday)
  • Half Moon Balancing (No balance here)
  • Needle pose

Well, I’m about ready to wake up the kids for a ride into school today.  Fun stuff.
