Well, I am abandoning this for the last week of October.  Hubby is sick and I’ve been sick to.  Ugh.  Maybe I’ll modify this for November to be 15 minutes of fitness 3-4 times a week. Advertisements

Friday night we bowled.  Fun stuff.  I bowled 98, 92 & 127 (I think). Saturday Little Man had a soccer game.  We was on the very far field, so we had quite a hike.

Today was the strength DVD.  With weights and challenge me.  It was good.  I’m sure my thighs will be sore.  I also did some walking around.  Well, shopping to be precise.  Target & Dick’s.
