Yoga & Yoga

Okay, I did do yoga last night about 9:15, but I didn’t update.  It was the McDonald’s 15 minute Yoga DVD.  I chose Ease me into it and Stress relief.  It was good for before bed and I slept great last night. 

This morning I did Namaste Yoga and did one for energy.  The sequence included:

  • Warrior II
  • An Angle thing into Triangle
  • Warrior I

It was a good flow.  No bicycling yet, it’s been raining.  I have fitness class later this morning.
