WoYoPracMo 1.18-1.19

WoyoPracMo 1.18 was during the end of the Steelers game.

  • Seated spinal twisting (10 breaths each direction each leg)
  • Pigeon
  • Bound Angle
  • Sun Salutations
  • Down Dog/Plank/Up Dog/Child’s Pose (moved in an inhale, held for an exhale and repeated the sequence 5 times or so)
  • There was more, but I don’t remember

WoYoPracMo 1.19

  • Sun Salutation
  • Seated Spinal Twisting
  • Pigeon
  • cat/dog stretches
  • modified pigeon
  • Yoga Mudra

That was it.

    Well, I haven’t done any yoga, but I have done between 10 – 20 mins of exercise for three days in a row! I’ve got a yoga video, but it’s an hour long, which I never have time for, but I might break it out soon to try a few poses. 🙂
