Quick check in…

I’ve been pretty absent here in blog land, mostly becasue of Lent.

I did get some fitness in over the weekend.  I did McDonald’s 15 minutes Cardio, With platform and challenge yourself.  Afterwards, I did some Wii Fit.

Including:  Ryhtmic Boxing (10 Minutes); Advance Step; Step (which seems so slow) and a couple other things.  I mangaged to roll 10 hours on the Wii Fit!.  How exciting!
