15 Minutes of fitness (5-8)

Friday, Saturday & Sunday:  Those three days were spent walking.  I’m not sure if it amounted to 15 mintues each day, but I’m pretty sure I did on Sunday.  Sunday Little Man had a birthday party and we ewre ablw to walk there.

Monday:  Today I did 15 minute work out for Dummies VHS.  Thighs.  Squats, squats & more squats!
