Yes, I did everything right. My abs are a little sore this morning. I still might pair it up with something else, though. Some Yoga perhaps.
I hate pilates. Seriously.
I took a pilates for dummies class at the Y and really dug it. It really works the old abs.
Before pregnancy I took a pilates class at the gym and I liked it. After going week after week, I could feel myself getting stronger. After pregnancy, it was yoga. Prenatal & Mom/Baby yoga.
