After my run on Wednesday, my right heel was hurting a little bit. Not much, but enough. I had a day of rest Thursday and went back at it Friday. Friday after my run, it was hurting enough to side line training until I can figure out how to make it not hurt.
Monday, I’m going back to the shoe store to see if it’s the shoes and figure out how I’m running. I know I’m not running normal. When I walk, I tend to walk on the outside of my foot. I think I extend this to running, but I’m not sure.
