3/28:  Wii fit Strength

  • Single Leg Extension (10 reps)
  • Push Up/Side plank  (10 reps)
  • Torso twist (6 reps)
  • Jackknife (20reps)
  • Lunge (15 reps)
  • Rowing Squat (30 reps)
  • Single Leg Twist (20 reps)
  • Sideways leg lift (10 Reps)
  • Plank (60  seconds)
  • Tricep extension (10reps)
  • Arm & leg lift (10reps)
  • Single arm stand (6  reps)
  • Advanced Step 613 points!!  277 perfects & 59 ok.  Personal record
  • Run Long distance.  131% burn rate!

3/30: Stationary bike.  46 Minutes, 9.76 miles.  Watch ER

3/31:  Stationary bike.  46 minutes, 9.66 miles.  I increased the resistance.  Watched ER

4/1:  Wii Fit.

  • Advanced Hula Hoop 6 minutes.
  • Run:  Short 114% burn rate

4/3:  15 minute workouts for Dummies, buns

4/4:  bike ride!!  With one child in tow.  Not sure of the mileage, the battery died and I’ll have to go to the battery store for a new one.
