I’ve been good at getting up when hubby goes to work (5:30). Today I did 15 Minutes of Fitness for Dummies ab series which involves many, many crunches!!
I’ve also organized my pages a bit. Including links to the kid pages on my main parents page link for my “WoYoPracMo” and “McDonald’s 15 Minute DVD” pages. If you see anything that doesn’t make sense, let me know and I can make my blog better for you! After my workout this morning, I viewed the McDonald’s Cardio DVD, so all the different variations are listed. Yoga is complete as well.
