Today I used the Wii Fit. I woke up early this morning, but instead of actual exercise, I was watching the 15 Minute Yoga DVD so I can write down what the different series are.
This evening, I Wii Fit:
- Single Leg Extension (10 reps)
- Pushup/Side plank (6 reps)
- Torso Twist (6 reps)
- Jackknife (20 reps)
- Super Hula Hoop (6 minutes)
- Bubble walk (advanced. I popped and didn’t make it through)
