Woke up early and did 15 Minutes DVD.

No balance ball; Ease me into it:

  • Crunch (10 reps)
  • Crunch Pulse (8 reps)
  • Side Crunch Right (10 reps)
  • Side Crunch Left (10 reps)
  • Repeat
  • Hundreds
  • Rest
  • Kneeling Spinal Balance
  • Child’s Pose
  • Plank
  • Rest
  • Modified Side Plank
  • Rest
  • Saw
  • Double Crunches (10 Reps)
  • Knees to Chest
  • Knees Drop to Side

edited:  I played Wii Fit tonight and this is what I did:

  • Boxing (6 minutes)
  • Hula Hoop
  • Tight Rope (advanced & Expert)  I made it across both!
  • Balance Bubble (advanced) and I unlocked expert
  • Plank Challenge (I won 40 seconds)
  • Plank (60 seconds)
  • Ski Jump
  • Penguin slide
  • Lotus Focus
