15 minutes 2.4

Well, last night was a rough night.  Little Man was coughing and finally coughed so much he spit up.  This was just before midnight.  After Hubby left for work at 5:30, I got my butt out of bed for some Cardio.  The volume on the DVD player in the basement is fixed.  It was missing a cable.  I did the McDonald’s 15 minute Cardio DVD, with my Step platform and Ease me into it.

March to warm up

  • Basic Step/V-Step (repeat)
  • Travel step/Charleston (repeat)
  • Turnstep/Over the top (repeat)
  • Repeat the whole sequence

Then Hamstring stretch & Quad stretch to cool down
