- Plank/Up Dog/Child’s Pose/Down Dog sequence. 3 breaths each pose, 3 times through

Next up for February, My 15 minutes of fitness challenge. All you have to do is move around for 15 minutes a day and blog about it. No prizes though, just a sense of accomplishment. It can be active play with the kids, a fitness video, Wii Fit even. Have fun.
