WoYoPracMo 1.30 was Wii Fit Practice

  • Half Moon
  • Chair
  • Deep Breathing
  • Down Dog
  • Bridge
  • Lotus focus

WoYoPracMo 1.31 was free style.

  • Sun Salutations (2 times through)
  • Seated spinal twisting (5 breaths each side)
  • Fish pose (10 breaths)
  • Plank/Up Dog/Child’s Pose/Down Dog sequence.  3 breaths each pose, 3 times through

That wraps up WoYoPracMo for Jan 2009!

Next up for February, My 15 minutes of fitness challenge.  All you have to do is move around for 15 minutes a day and blog about it.  No prizes though, just a sense of accomplishment.  It can be active play with the kids, a fitness video, Wii Fit even.  Have fun.
