Well hello there everyone! I’m Jenn and I’m going to join Emily in writing about fitness in general and my attempt at 15 minutes of fitness each and everyday.
Shall I tell you a bit about myself? I’m a stay at home mother to a lovely little toddler I call L on these here internets and am newly pregnant with baby #2. Hubby and I have been married for four years and live in sunny Florida with our two mutts. I also write at my personal blog, Jenn’s Den.
Exercise is not my strong point, but I really want to stick with my goal of 15 minutes a day this year. 15 minutes seems very reasonable and doable, so I hope to succeed on most days at least.
