Here we are. One week to go and then off I go to 15 minutes of fitness challenge. Who’s in??
For WoYoPracMo I did an episode of Namaste Yoga. The episode is called “Lord of Fishes”. It was a bit different and the poses included:
- Roll Back
- one leg forward
- Twist around the other way so that your arm is wrapped around your leg and your hands are behind your back!
I’m not that flexible and I am hoping to jump on the Wii Fit this evening for some more yoga. Will update if I do. 🙂
