I used my Yoga Deck today and did several of the poses. I held each for 5 breaths.
- Sun Salutations (1 round)
- Triangle
- Warrior I & II
- Chair
- Tree
- Standing Forward Bend
- Yoga Mudra ~ kneeling
- Mountain
- Half Moon
