WoYoPracMo 1.24

I used my Yoga Deck today and did several of the poses.  I held each for 5 breaths.

  • Sun Salutations (1 round)
  • Triangle
  • Warrior I & II
  • Chair
  • Tree
  • Standing Forward Bend
  • Yoga Mudra ~ kneeling
  • Mountain
  • Half Moon

That was it.  🙂
