WoYoPracMo 1.22 was an episode of Namaste Yoga. The poses include:
- Cat lift to down dog
- Swan lift/bow/lift
- Seated twist
- Half lotus
- swan lift to plank
- Down dog
Also today I did some more Wii Fit at lunch time. I have unlocked three more activities today, and I’m thrilled with my progress. This is something that I can do well. It’s not so easy for my 5 year old, although he can do the running activities better than I. But he does have more energy than me for it! I do want to try more of the strength before I do my review and unlock more of the Yoga poses.
