- Knee down Spinal Twist ~ 10 breaths
- Half Cow ~ 10 breaths
- Pigeon pose ~ 10 breaths each side
WoYoPracMo 1.11 ~ another 10 minute practice
- Sun salutation ~ 1 time through
- Standing forward bend ~ 10 breaths
- Tree pose ~ 10 breaths each
- Pigeon Pose ~ 10 breaths each side
WoYoPracMo 1.12 ~ McDonald’s 15 minute Yoga DVD (ease in to it & Stress relief)
- Sun Salutations (2)
- cat/dog stretches
- Bound Angle
- Seated Straddle
- Child’s Pose
- Half knot
- Knee down spinal twisting
- Modified pigeon
- knee down spinal twisting
- Shivasana
Before I did Yoga (MOnday) I opted to do the strength DVD before my yoga practice. Ease me with hand weights. I’m going to be sore tonight! Now I need a shower!

Okay, maybe I should try learning some of these poses. The sun salutations sound nice. 🙂 Maybe this weekend I’ll try some yoga.
