WoYoPracMo 1.6

Tonight was a late 10 minute practice, during the 10:00 news.  The happiness of living in the Central Time Zone.

  • Sun Salutations ~ 2 rounds.  Second time through I held runners stretch, plank, up dog & down dog for 3 breaths.
  • Forward bend ~ 5 breaths
  • Tree pose ~ 5 breaths on each side
  • Fish pose ~ 10 breaths (it felt good!)

That was it.  No one lost any teeth during practice.
