morning yoga 1.1

I had considered doing my Yoga just after midnight, as I was awake.  I ended up going back to bed.

I did do my yoga this morning while Baby Girl was watching Handy Manny instead.  These are the poses done.

  • Sun Salutations (2 times).  The second time around, I held some of the poses for 3 breaths.
  • Knee down spinal twisting (5 breaths)
  • Moon Salutations:  Warrior I & II, Goddess pose.  5 breaths each.

That was about 10 minutes of practice.  Hopefully during the week I’ll be able to do some longer videos.
