… of WoYoPracMo, I got in about 5 minutes of Yoga. 2 rounds of Sun Salutations and some spinal twisting. Not much, but it’s a start!
Hopefully the new year will bring in a sale of hand weights and I’ll purchase a pair or two and get some good work outs with that. In February, I want to challenge myself with 15 minutes of fitness again, although probably end up being mostly M-F. Who knows.
