15 minutes of fitness (1 & 2)

Day 1:  Monday, October 13th:  I didn’t get a chance to post, but I did my exercise or play with the kids.  And we ran around at the park that afternoon too.

Today is day 2:  Before lunch (Lean Cuisine squash ravioli) I did the McDonald’s 15 minute DVD ~ Strength.  Challenge, no wieghts.  It was good.
