15 minutes of fitness

Starting Monday for the rest of the month.  I’m planning on doing fun fitness things on the weekend with the kids.  We managed to ride the bike Saturday and I can tell it had been a while since I’ve pulled BOTH kids.  I thought I was going to die going up the two hills.  Ughhh…  mileage to come up. 

Both kids don’t have school Monday.  one because of Columbus day and the other has a teachers in-service day.  We are going to Daddy’s work for lunch.  I might be crazy becasue I’m considering taking them there on the bike.  It’d be my most ambitious ride with the kids yet.
