more yoga…

I was able to get in Namaste Yoga in at lunch time.  The sequence I selected included:

  • Forward bend
  • Plank
  • downdog
  • sunbird lift and sunbird bow
  • Gate
  • sunbird lift
  • down dog
  • updog
  • downdog

I think that was it.  So far I taken the kids to school on the bike three of four days and we’ve gone to the pool/spray ground Tuesday and Wednesday too.  Fun stuff.  I hope that I’m becoming a darker shade of pale, safely.
