yoga practice today

Was after lunch, before returning to work.  Just a short 10 minute practice to stretch out.

  • Sun salutations (2nd time through I held runners stretches, plank, updog, down dog for 5 breaths each)
  • Standing straddle forward bend(5 breaths)
  • knee down spinal twisting (5 breahts)
  • Fish (5 breaths)
  • seated forward bend (5 breaths)
  • Mini Shivasana (10 breahts)

That’s about it.  Nothing else too new here.
