- Sun salutations (2nd time through I held runners stretches, plank, updog, down dog for 5 breaths each)
- Standing straddle forward bend(5 breaths)
- knee down spinal twisting (5 breahts)
- Fish (5 breaths)
- seated forward bend (5 breaths)
- Mini Shivasana (10 breahts)
That’s about it. Nothing else too new here.
