This morning I managed to sneak in 10 minutes of Yoga.
- Sun salutations
- Spinal Twisting (10 breaths)
- Bound Angle (for a little bit)
- Moon Salutayions (holding each pose for 4 breaths)
That’s about it. Tomorrow is mileage Monday. We had some good riding weather last week AND the kids weren’t sick at all. YIPPEE!!
