Today I was able to sneak in about 12 minutes of Yoga while Hubby was picking up the kids.
- Sun Salutation
- Tree (10 breathes each side)
- Fish Pose (10 breathes)
- Spinal twisting (10 breathes each side)
- Then a Down dog, plank, childs pose and up dog (5 breaths, 3 breaths, 2 breaths and 1 breath)
