Today I was able to sneak in about 12 minutes of Yoga while Hubby was picking up the kids.

  • Sun Salutation
  • Tree (10 breathes each side)
  • Fish Pose (10 breathes)
  • Spinal twisting (10 breathes each side)
  • Then a Down dog, plank, childs pose and up dog (5 breaths, 3 breaths, 2 breaths and 1 breath)

That was that.
