July is an official practice-yoga-every-day-for-the-month month. I will attempt to do this. Practice is considered 10 minutes, so t the very least,i will practice 70 minutes of yoga weekly. hopefully I can get in some 15-20 minute practices here and there. (Probably the McDonald’s 15 minute DVD’s or the Namaste Yoga program that’s been DVR’ed.
