Tonight after the kids were put to bed (and stayed) I did a bit of Namaste Yoga. The stand by. I’m really glad that I found it. It’s a great variety and kind of like a shortened class. My only beef with it is that the girls who are practicing yoga are stick thin and flexible beyond belief! But it is doable. My practice of yoga for July 1st has been fulfilled.
Also, I made it to my fitness class today. Ever since I mentioned fire hydrants, we do them. Ughh… After taking last week off (Baby Girl was sick) I’m a bit sore this evening. Mostly the abs though.
