Morning yoga

This morning I got 15 minutes of yoga in while the kids were watching Mickey Mouse Playhouse.

  • Sun Salutations (twice)
  • Moon Salutations (holding each for 5 breathes)
  • Fish pose (With baby girl laying on me!)
  • Knee down spinal twisting
  • Yoga Mudra
  • Full Shoulderstand

That’s 60 minutes of yoga for the week!  Yippee!!
