More evening yoga

tonight I managed to get 15 minutes of freestyle yoga in.  I did the following poses:

  • Sun Salutations (of course!  No practice is complete without it)
  • Yoga Mudra (10 breathes)
  • Standing forward bend (twice holding for 5 breaths)
  • Full Shoulder stand (10 breaths)
  • Kapalabhati breathing (10 rounds of 20) while sitting in bound angle
  • Sitting spinal twisting (10 breaths in each direction on both sides)

And I’ve got My Big Redneck Wedding on the TV!  LOL!!!
