More yoga!

I started with

  • Sun Salutations
  • Moon Salutations (holding each for 5 breathes)
  • Down dog, plank, up dog, child’s pose series (4 breathes each)
  • Yoga Mudra for 10 breathes
  • Full shoulder stand for 10 breathes the forward bend for 5 breathes (5 times)
  • 10 rounds of Kapalabhati breathing while sitting in bound Angle
  • Fish pose (10 breathes)
  • Tree (10 breathes)

There you go.  25 minutes!  I hit my goal again for 60 minutes of yoga this week.  YEAH ME!!!
