Yoga

I actually fit some yoga in yesterday.  Well… last night after the kids were in bed and the paper read.  I did manage 15 minutes of yoga.

  • Sun salutation (regular way)
  • Sun salutation (Holding each pose for 3 breathes)
  • a Mini Shivasana (10 breathes)
  • Fish (10 breathes)
  • Knee down spinal twisting (10 breathes)

I probably held the spinal twisting a bit too long, it didn’t feel good like it usually does.
