Here’s my first entry. I managed to get 20 minutes of Yoga in. This is what I did, but not necessarily in order:
- Sun Salutations
- Frog pose
- Triangle
- Fish pose
- a couple Fire hyrdants (4 lifts & 8 circles in each direction on both legs)
- Full shoulder stand
- Bound Angle
- Spinal Twist (Both sitting up and knee down)
- Hero
- Corpse
Yippee… It was cut short by kids needing something.
How rude is it that I laugh because you know the names of all these moves? :O I’m sorry! They sound funny!
