WoyoPracMo ~ May

Here’s my first entry.  I managed to get 20 minutes of Yoga in.  This is what I did, but not necessarily in order:

  • Sun Salutations
  • Frog pose
  • Triangle
  • Fish pose
  • a couple Fire hyrdants (4 lifts & 8 circles in each direction on both legs)
  • Full shoulder stand
  • Bound Angle
  • Spinal Twist (Both sitting up and knee down)
  • Hero
  • Corpse

Yippee…  It was cut short by kids needing something.
