I am going to participate in WoYoPracMo for the month of May. The theme for this month is “Kicking it up a notch”. I have not Yoga’ed at all since Jan 31, the last day of WoYoPracMo.
My intention for this month is a minimum of 60 minutes of Yoga each week. This could mean:
- (1) 60 minute practice
- (2) 30 minute practices
- (3) 20 minute practices
- (4) 15 minute practices
- any combination thereof
