Also, as an update, my thighs and Sitz bones were sore yesterday from class and bike riding. We also purchased a bike trailer for the kids. We’ll be able to ride to the parks in style. I can’t wait!
Oh I took a yoga class on the beach while I was on my trip. It was ashtangi yoga. It was rather rigorous. Let me just say, chair pose kills me!
Chair is a brutal pose, however it is great for the butt and thighs!! ~R
