Was just as good as my class last week. The regular instructor was there today. We used the resistance band to really work our thighs hips and butt. Afterwards we did 15 minutes of abs. I’m sure I’ll be feeling it tomorrow. There is no class the next two weeks, but I was able to register for this class for next session. Yippee!!
Maybe on Thursday I’ll go and use the ellipitcal or the wieght machines. We’ll see!!
I had to use those resistance bands in PT. (physical therapy) Yep, you will probably be feeling it pretty good. Just remember it is probably very good for you. I am so glad you are enjoying it. You are also a great example for your babies, family and friends. You go girl!
My Mom has resistance bands that she also used for PT. I’m going to ask her if I can have those. I’d be able to use them while sitting here at work! ~Accountable
