Fire hydrants

I think it must be a sign.  I’ve had four variations of the search term for fire hydrants.  I should start doing them daily or weekly or something.  We’ll see.

    The fire hydrant is good for the butt and inner thighs. Inner thighs are difficult to strengthen. I had to do all kinds of special exercises for them during my ballet days. It was utterly important to have that strength. You will definitely feel a burn at first if you’re not used to it.
