Video day. Today I tried a new video 15 Minute Workouts for Dummies. They have four different workouts to target different areas, thighs, butt, abs and arms. I did the thigh workout.
The workout did various variations (hee hee, that sounds funny) of squats. It was good and my legs are a little tired. Afterwards, I promptly had a snack size Baby Ruth, collected from the night before. Oh well. At least it was only 1 and not 10 pieces.
