The bike and a new plan of action

Now that I am officially working from home, I plan on upping my bike time from 20 minutes to 30 minutes.  I no longer have the drive to and from work, so I will take those extra 10 minutes and ride the bike.  Maybe this week and next week I’ll start with 25 minutes and by the end of the month, 30 minutes.  We’ll see…

    I moved my office home the last week of September and here I am today. Working from home!
