Tuesday morning

I woke up early this morning and was unable to go back to sleep.  Ugh…

before I got ready for work, I did the Yoga series on Wii Fit.

  • Deep breathing
  • Half Moon
  • Warrior II
  • Tree
  • Sun Salutation (Back bend, forward bend, Chair repeat 3 times)
  • Knee lift
  • Palm Tree
  • Chair
  • Triangle
  • Down dog
  • Dancer

As well as Advance Step & Ski jump.  My Wii fit age this morning was 26!  yippee!!

An update of sorts

It’s finally been nice enough to ride the bicycle and hauling the kids around.  I did get a new battery for the odometer.  YAY!!!  I really want to get a bike rack for my van so I don’t have to toss it in the back.  It can’t be that good for the bike.  At least the trailer collapses down.

Saturday 4/18: I brought the bike and Trailer to my Dad’s house and rode them to the park.  We took the long way home.  :)   I don’t have mileage, but it was good.

Thursday 4/23:  I picked up Baby Girl from daycare with the bike.  Little Man had already gotten off the bus so he went with.  It’s a good thing too.  It was VERY windy and if he hadn’t been there, the trailer would have been blowing all over the place.  I admit. I had to stop a few times for a rest.

I thought about riding it Friday, but it was much windier than Thursday so we didn’t.

3/28:  Wii fit Strength

  • Single Leg Extension (10 reps)
  • Push Up/Side plank  (10 reps)
  • Torso twist (6 reps)
  • Jackknife (20reps)
  • Lunge (15 reps)
  • Rowing Squat (30 reps)
  • Single Leg Twist (20 reps)
  • Sideways leg lift (10 Reps)
  • Plank (60  seconds)
  • Tricep extension (10reps)
  • Arm & leg lift (10reps)
  • Single arm stand (6  reps)
  • Advanced Step 613 points!!  277 perfects & 59 ok.  Personal record
  • Run Long distance.  131% burn rate!

3/30: Stationary bike.  46 Minutes, 9.76 miles.  Watch ER

3/31:  Stationary bike.  46 minutes, 9.66 miles.  I increased the resistance.  Watched ER

4/1:  Wii Fit.

  • Advanced Hula Hoop 6 minutes.
  • Run:  Short 114% burn rate

4/3:  15 minute workouts for Dummies, buns

4/4:  bike ride!!  With one child in tow.  Not sure of the mileage, the battery died and I’ll have to go to the battery store for a new one.
