Fitness 3.16-3.27

Monday, March 16:  I hauled the stationary bike upstairs and watched ER.  I biked for 46 minutes and went 9 miles.

Tuesday, March 17:  I hauled the stationary bike upstairs again and watched ER again.  I biked for 46 minutes and went 9.16 miles.

I would have hauled the bike up again on Thursday, but hubby was sick.  I would have watched Cold Case.

Tuesday, March 24:  Wii Fit.  Strength.

  • Single Leg Extension (10 reps)
  • Push Up/Side plank  (6 reps)
  • Torso twist (6 reps)
  • Jackknife (20 reps)
  • Lunge (15 reps)
  • Advance Step

The week of March 23-27 was Spring break week, so Little Man was home.  I wasn’t going to haul the bike up to ride.  Next week I’ve got some episodes to catch-up on, so I’ll do that at lunch time.

Can’t wait!

Week in Review

Wednesday, I Did the McDonald’s 15 minutes Core DVD with balance ball, ease me into it.  You really don’t need the balance ball!

Thursday I dragged the stationary bike upstairs (so that was strength?) and rode it for 45 minutes, while watching Cold Case.  I rode 8.66 miles!  and boy were my sitz bones sore.  Still a little tender as of Sunday.  I need to do this more.  Ride the bike while I watch DVR’ed shows.

Friday night we bowled.

Saturday was a beautiful day, so we went to the park to play.   I also played Wii Fit.

  • Advance Step
  • Boxing (6 minutes)
  • Advanced Hula Hoop (6 minutes)
  • Penguin slide and a few other balance games.

Sunday we went to the park again, so we walked.  I love this beautiful weather and I can’t wait to bring the bikes out.

week in review

During the week of March 1st, this is what I did.

Sunday:  Wii Fit.  I can’t remember what I did.

Tuesday:  Core DVD With balance ball, Ease me into it.  I didn’t use the balance ball, but it was good.

Thursday:  Strength DVD With eights ease me into it.  about 5 minutes in, I wanted to stop, but I pushed through.

Quick check in…

I’ve been pretty absent here in blog land, mostly becasue of Lent.

I did get some fitness in over the weekend.  I did McDonald’s 15 minutes Cardio, With platform and challenge yourself.  Afterwards, I did some Wii Fit.

Including:  Ryhtmic Boxing (10 Minutes); Advance Step; Step (which seems so slow) and a couple other things.  I mangaged to roll 10 hours on the Wii Fit!.  How exciting!
