Not biking this week
Well, this week we aren’t riding the bike so much. Here’s the reason why. I did do 20 minutes of yoga this morning.

Mileage Monday!
I nearly forgot. I rode 23.362 miles last week.
Including:
- 3 drop offs to school (Mon, Tue & Thur)
- 1 pick up of baby girl (Wed)
- one trip to the gym (Tues)
- a ride to the park
- a bike ride or two just because

yoga, bicycling and a little bit of running
So far this week, I did two Namaste Yoga shows. 40 minutes. Hopefully today I’ll get a third one in at lunch time, which will get me to 60 minutes for the week. There is talk about WoYoPracMo for the month of July and I’m waffling about doing it or not. Time will tell. Saturday’s and Sunday’s are always the hardest. I still have a week or so to decide.

fitness class
It’s been over 6 months and I continue to torture myself weekly with this hips/buns/thighs class, with an Abs express following.
It’s a new session and at a new time. 9:15 instead of 1:15. Class was full last week and this week with mostly new people. We used the resistance bands today. Oh. My.Thighs. We also did fire hydrants. With the bands.
On a side note, we actually had two guys show up for class. One for the main class and the other for only the abs afterwards.

Yoga for 6/8-6/15
Well, last week was an odd week. My work schedule was altered due to Vacation Bible school. I needed to get out of work a bit earlier than 5:00. I didn’t stay up late to do an yoga and I didn’t wake early to do yoga either. I only got in 20 minutes Thursday morning at 4:30 am. I headed up North to Lombard that morning.

Mileage Wednesday
So I missed Mileage Monday. But we hadn’t ridden very much last week. It was very rainy. So for the last week and a half, I have ridden 28.515 miles.
- Two trips to drop the kids off at day care
- Two trips to the park
- Several rides through the “echo” bridge.
Wahoo!! That has put us over the 100 mile marker.

Stop! Yoga time
I got in about 15 minutes of Yoga this morning, while Little Man was watching Bunnytown. Poses consisted of:
- Sun Salutation
- Bound Angel (10 breaths)
- Sitting forward bend (10 breaths)
- Fish
- Knee down spinal twist (5 breaths each side)
- Sitting spinal twist (10 breaths)
- Modified pigeon pose (10 breaths)
I think that was it. I fell short of my 60 minute goal by 5 minutes. Oh well, I still done good.

Namaste Yoga
Okay, I did another Namaste Yoga from my DVR this morning and i timed it. it’s 20 minutes of yoga, including warm-up and Meditation/Relaxation. So far, 40 minutes of yoga this week and one bike ride (to the store).
I could have ridden the kids this morning, but I wasn’t up for it. It is also very windy today. Ughh…

Fitness class
Today was the last :15 fitness class. Next week it is at 9:15, so my schedule will alter a bit. Today was stormy, but it wasn’t raining when I left for class. I ended up not riding my bike. I could have and should have, but I didn’t want to end up in a downpour.
Anyway, I ended up jumping onthe elliptical for about 7 minutes before class started and went 0.51 miles. Lcass was very good today and I’m feeling good. We did a modified fire hydrant and we used resistance bands and did some walking. LOL!!
